Do you guarantee that I will make a lot of money?
The answer to this is quite simply, “NO”. We hope that you will do well in this endeavor however, this is not a “get-rich-quick” scheme and as in all legitimate business ventures, there are risks involved. We, however, guarantee that your partnership with us will allow you to better navigate the industry, minimize risk and avoid common pitfalls committed by starting entrepreneurs, which will ultimately contribute to your success. |

What does the service fee cover?
The service fee payable by a franchisee covers a number of continuing services and benefits provided after the initial opening by the franchisee of his/her outlet such as (but not limited to): Continuing assistance and supervision, consultation with us regarding marketing strategies, availability of new services, etc. |

Can the franchise agreement be terminated?
Provided the terms of the signed contract are observed and kept by both parties, the franchise will continue to its full term and thereafter, can be renewed subject to the provisions of the Franchise Agreement. |

Can I sell my franchise?
Yes, a franchisee has the right to sell the franchise for whatever profit or gain he/she may obtain however, as set forth in the provisions of the Franchise Agreement, the Franchisor has the Right to First Sale. Should the Franchisor choose not to exercise this right, they will process the request and advise accordingly regarding the suitability of the candidate as the new franchisee. Fees related to the sale of a franchise are outlined in the franchise agreement. |

What does the franchise fee cover?
The Franchise Fee gives the franchisee the right to own and operate a WASH IN THE CITY Franchised Branch in a specified location using WASH IN THE CITY business systems and the trademarks.The fee also covers pre-operating expenses, set- up costs, franchisee training at one of our locations and at his/her location prior to the opening of his/her business, etc. The franchise fee is included in the Investment Package. |

Can I own more than one "Wash in the City" branch?
Yes! It is common practice for franchisees to own multiple locations. However, you must demonstrate how you will operate more than one location and be active and hands-on in all branches. A proven track record of at least 12 months operation of one branch is required before request for opening multiple branches can be considered and approved. |

Can you help me look for sites if I still don't have one?
Yes. However, it is still your responsibility to conduct an independent market study and prove the viability of the business location as prescribed in the application process. |
